Mom has decided to learn 2 new languages...HTML and German...but they have nothing to do with each other. What's worse is that she is attempting to teach herself and not have someone else teach her. The first is a computer thing as you know, and the second take too much time to explain. Anyway, as for the German thing, all I need is for mom to start talking in something less than I already understand. Let's face it. Humans are confusing enough and I don't need her making even less sense. At least now I can halfway figure out what she means, but then....geeez!
The other thing I don't like about all this is that, once again, mom will be paying less attention to me than I like. I'm beginning to think boyfriend maybe not such a good influence on mom, even if this makes her smarter, and she is sickingly happier. I guess I should be happy she's not learning how to speak dog. Well, Beau, maybe you'll get to learn German, too? There are some German cat bloggers out there, so you could communicate with them.
Just a thought - learning German with your mom would keep her close to you!
