Stormy
Yesterday it stormed...and rained...and got very, VERY dark. Right before then I was outside, on my leash, enjoying the cool, fresh, breezy air. It felt nice! And, I was enjoying it very much. Mom came out, after talking to grandpa on the talking machine, and looked at the sky. (That's because grandpa said it was really dark nearby.) When mom looked up at the sky in grandpa's direction, she said something I can't repeat and told me to get "inside NOW." I knew by the tone of her voice it was a safety issue so I didn't argue and went inside with her. Fortunately, we didn't get the bright flashes and loud cracks and booms, but it rained...and rained...and RAINED. I watched it at first from my ham-mick, then I said some prayers for my lost friends and their safety and homecoming, then I took a nice long nap. Love, Beau

Good that you listened to your mom and headed safely away from the storm. Most of the times the moms are correct with what they say but they do have their moments.
I too pray for the lost friends and the safe return for them.
We're glad you listened to your Mom and went inside.
We're so worried about all of our missing friends too. We hope they come home soon.

It was a good thing mom was there to make sure you were safe from the storm. The rain hopefully made the air cooler for you after it left. Must have been fun to watch it from your hammock. Hope your nap was relaxing. Have a wonderful day.
