It's My BIRTHDAY!!!!

Today I'm 11....on 11/1. How cool is that!! Today I'm hoping that all my friends donate at LEAST one bag of food to a local shelter/rescue; the humans wear black and white for all the pets that have touched their lives and or blessed them, in memory of all those who've gone to The Bridge, and to remember all the lost and or homeless animals. AND, to take a moment to say a prayer for all the lost and homeless animals. I would like to share a few thoughts. I am still very active and curious. I take care of myself for the most part, and enjoy bird watching and sun spots still. I play with mom often. I get plenty of rest. To the elder cats, I would like to say take care of yourself, stay active and curious...and when the time comes to go to The Bridge, do not stay just for your humans. They will be okay. Mom says they will be sad for a while, then they will be okay...and the best thing you can do for them is to do what you need to do for yourself. Stay if you have more living to do, but go if you're ready...staying just for them only makes it harder for them. To the young, play hard, be curious, learn lots, learn healthy habits, and make forever friends. All this will carry you far in life! To all I say appreciate everything good in your life, treasure every moment, love, laugh, and play hard, nap often, take care of yourself, and above all love God and do what you need to do for YOU.
